Editor's Verdict:

At first we were horrified at A Write Impression's garish website with exclamation marks everywhere and ads for random services, including an English course in Liverpool, UK. Then we read the introduction and it was well-written, hearty and made a lot of sense.

The 'services offered' page also has an excellent introduction that is welcoming, informative and makes the whole process sound incredibly easy and hassle free:

"If you do not have an existing resume, you will need to fill out and submit our questionnaire. If you have a resume, and are able to fax or e-mail us a copy along with updated and additional information, you can skip the questionnaire. If you are not sure just how to begin, give us a call and we'll help you get started!"

Included in the service is career coaching and also storage of your materials, so you need never lose them and they're always handy for future updating.

A Write Impression also offers a free online portfolio service called RAPS, which stands for Recruiting and Applicant Processing System. You enter all your employment information and employers then search the database to find you. How big the client base is for employers searching the database isn't mentioned, but you can also search for jobs and apply for them if the interest from employers is low.

Unfortunately there is an awfully long menu list on this site and it seems to be completely unnecessary - it is also very off putting. More so because the content is repetitive. We cant criticize the text, which is thorough, considered and well written, but it should be hugely condensed to avoid users having to trail through pages and pages of information that each sound similar to one another.
