e-BestResumes.com is a site managed by Ann Baehr. She is a professional resume writer who focuses on mid-to-senior level clients from a range of industries. Ann works closely with her clients to produce top notch resumes, including a 1 to 2 hour interview to make sure she has all the necessary details.

From the freely available samples, you can easily see that Ann’s resumes are in depth and well written. They are concise but still contain all the information an employer might want to know, written in a way which makes you sound proficient but not egotistic. 

Resumes take, on average, 2 weeks to produce. This timing begins from your interview with Ann, which can last up to 2 hours. So, it’s hardly fast, but neither is it a last-minute job. She wants to do her job properly, and that takes time. Of course, this will exclude you if you need it much more quickly, as it might not be possible for her to produce your resume in time. It may be worth talking this over with her, though, as you might catch her in a less busy period. This waiting trouble is primarily because e-Best Resumes doesn’t have a team of professional writers working for them. So, you’ll receive a personal service, but there are also payoffs for that.

Prices might also be something of a turn-off here. You can have your resume critiqued but that alone can cost over $100 and won’t necessarily offer you any substantial changes (if that’s required, you have to then pay for the resume to be written for you). Given this high price for a critique, we anticipate that the resume writing will cost a fair bit, too. Prices are available on request, and once the amount has been agreed, you can pay through the website.

The site’s Testimonials page highlights how happy people have been with Ann’s services. No surprises here, they’re happy. But then again, few people would put testimonials from disgruntled clients, would they?

In addition to writing services, E Best Resumes offers a job board posting service, which uploads your resume to more than 90 top employment websites. There’s also a blog to read and a variety of useful articles to explore. Beyond this, there’s not much else to the e-bestResumes.com site. 

Whilst our spider-senses (and the various costs we’ve found) tell us that this resume writing service won’t come cheaply, it does seem to provide a good service. If you have the time and money to spend, we think it’s worth contacting Ann to find out what she can do for you.
