I only wish I had read these reviews before I used this service. I had used Resume Edge previously and had good results so I initially had no reason to not use them again. Like the previous reviews state, I received my resume with numerous spelling errors. Additionally, they advertise that they have writers in almost every industry who can create a professional resume for you. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay extra if you want someone in your field to actually write your resume. This must be in the fine print somewhere. Needless to say, my writer had an IT and computer science background which is not the best fit for a resume focusing on Human Resources. Additionally, Resumeedge tells you that you will get your first draft within 7 days and then you can provide feedback and receive a 2nd version within another 7 days. I provided my feedback and never received my final draft. I am still following for the final draft and it is well beyond the 7 days they advertise. Also, if you need to speak with someone at this compay, you are out of luck. You have to complete an online survey in order to submit any feedback or complaints and with that, you simply get an e-mail response from them with a re-iteration of their policy..they do not try to resolve anything since they already have your money. The customer service here is terrible. Despite numerous e-mails, you never receive a phone call from anyone but they say in thier e-mails how they are "not satisfied until you are satisfied." I can't imagine they will be in business too much longer.
In summary, I would not recommend Resume Edge to a friend.
