I cannot get over the feeling that this place is a scam. You pay for a plan and time period in which your first draft will be delivered. After days, no writer is assigned, you leave messages in their system and get no response. Then when you do get to someone they ask for another week because they want to put their very best writer on it. My neck tingled and I asked to cancel my order since it had not been assigned and no work had been started - which they stated. Major problem getting them to cancel the order and all of a sudden they found a writer. Even more hair stood up on the back of my neck so I pushed for a cancellation and the conversation was abruptly terminated. I immediately got another call pushing me to not cancel and telling me to get store credit. WTF is store credit on a web-only company. I asked them if I needed to call AMEX and initiate an incident to get this resolved. They cancelled the order but gave me some runoround about my them needing 7 days to credit my account and I told them that I was printing all this info/chat log and opening an issue with AMEX if I did not see the credit.
Somethings smells about this company. I cannot comment on their resume services.
In summary, I would not recommend Resumes Planet to a friend.
