I was promised a refund for service on 16th Oct, 2014. However, even after more than 30 days the refund has still not reached me. The customer support team was not good at query resolution. Every time they sent me back with illogical answers. Most of the time they asked me to wait 5- 10 days. They provided me with a refund confirmation ID- which after checking with my Bank I found as irrelevant or not valid. After almost 20 days, they came back saying they have not taken any money from my account and hence I am not eligible for refund. When I provided with my Bank statement, they again reverted with another tracking ID. Like last time, even this ID was irrelevant or invalid. I had already been chasing this company for more than 30 days now. They are still unable to refund $99 and considers all customers naive enough to believe their illogical explanation. A company which has no clear idea about the online transactions and I can only assume the resume services they would provide. I should have checked these reviews earlier.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

In summary, I would not recommend Resume Edge to a friend.

I only wish I had read these reviews before I used this service. I had used Resume Edge previously and had good results so I initially had no reason to not use them again. Like the previous reviews state, I received my resume with numerous spelling errors. Additionally, they advertise that they have writers in almost every industry who can create a professional resume for you. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay extra if you want someone in your field to actually write your resume. This must be in the fine print somewhere. Needless to say, my writer had an IT and computer science background which is not the best fit for a resume focusing on Human Resources. Additionally, Resumeedge tells you that you will get your first draft within 7 days and then you can provide feedback and receive a 2nd version within another 7 days. I wanted my resume enhanced to have that 'wow' factor - I received a resume from an industry expert which had numerous errors that someone with industry experience would never have made. I sent it to my dream job and followed it up with a call. The recruiter pointed out numerous format errors with my resume and asked me to make those changes and resubmit. Not what I expected after spending $200 to enhance it. I would have been better off using my old resume - avoid this company like herpes!

This service is terrible. I requested an editor who has experience writing resumes for my industry and was given the wrong editor. When I called them to fix they stated the order had already been filled. Resume quality was complete crap. I think my original resume was actually better than the new one I paid over $300 for. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I think this is a ripoff or scam.
